Visit the Shop and find your favorite products. On the product page, select a purchase plan with your preferred delivery frequency, then click add to cart as usual. Or create your order as usual, then choose to make it a subscription at checkout.
Review your order and complete the checkout process. Worker bees will prepare, package and ship your order with your chosen delivery frequency.

You may have one or more subscriptions set-up. These are always easily accessible in the “My Subscriptions” tab from your CBD LUXE account dashboard. You may update, edit, and pause your delivery anytime.
The credit card associated with your subscription will be charged when we process your order per your chosen frequency. Edit, pause or cancel anytime.
Your order will automatically ship with your selected subscription frequency and shipping method. There’s nothing else you need to do, so you can focus on the things that really matter.

Sounds great! How do I get started?
Visit the Shop and find your favorite products. On the product page, select a purchase plan with your preferred delivery frequency, then click add to cart as usual. (You can also change a one time product purchase to a subscription on the cart page.) If you haven’t already created an account and signed in, your account will be created during checkout.
When is my order processed?
Once you have selected your subscription product and your shipping frequency, every 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order.
Can I add more products to my current subscription?
Yes. You can add products to and remove products from a current subscription. Simply login to your account and visit the product page for the product you would like to add to an existing subscription. Tick the “Add to current subscription” box and continue to checkout.
How do I manage my subscription? (cancel, change address, shipping, frequency or payment method)
Login to your account and click My Subscriptions. Click the subscription order number or “View” button of the subscription you wish to manage. Click the appropriate action button to either Cancel, Change Address, Change Payment or edit from auto renewal to manual renewal.
To edit your subscription delivery / shipping frequency. Click the Edit Subscription button which will bring you to the product page where you can select a different plan and shipping method. Checkout as usual.
Are there additional Terms and Conditions?
Yes, you cannot combine other promotions, or limited time offerings with the standard 10% discount on subscription orders. Only BE Bux Rewards members can receive the additional 10% off of their subscriptions. Learn more about BE Bux Beyond Rewards Program.
Sale Items, Bundles and bulk products that are already discounted are not available for subscription.
