Orders are processed from the closest distribution center to your location (the address you used for shipping), and they typically ship in 3 – 5 days (excluding for weekends and holidays). We ship using USPS priority mail, so please allow 1-3 business days for delivery, from the day we processes and ship your product(s). In most cases, you can expect to receive your product in 5 – 7 business days (sometimes sooner.)

*Please do not be concerned if the first shipment that you receive does not include all of the items you purchased. This simply means that your order is being shipped from multiple distribution centers, and all of the products may not arrive on the same day, in the same package.

We will ship anywhere in the world, but only provide free shipping for orders being delivered within the United States. We ship to all 52 states, including Washington DC and Puerto Rico.

Yes! All of our products are batch tested to ensure the CBD content and quality is as advertised.

The legality of CBD from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled..”

Hemp and Marijuana are both cannabis, however hemp has under 0.3% THC.

We are unable to legally state whether or not one of our customers will pass a drug test for any of our products. If that is a concern, we recommend doing some further research before making the decision to consume any CBD product.

If you accidentally enter the incorrect shipping address at checkout, or forgot to include your unit, building or apartment number, don’t worry! Depending on the status of your shipment, just follow these steps to get your order where it needs to go:

  1. If your order has not yet shipped, please submit a Support Request with your order details and corrected shipping information. Our team will hold the shipment until your address has been updated in our system.

  2. If your order has shipped and is still in transit, you will need to contact USPS to initiate a Package Intercept - just log in to your USPS account, and go to this page to see if your package is eligible. From there, you can redirect your parcel to have it held at a local post office for pickup, or returned to us as the sender. Please note that CBD Luxe is not liable for any charges incurred by using USPS Package Intercept services.

  3. If your delivery failed due to an incomplete address, please submit a Support Request with your order details. All non-deliverable parcels are automatically flagged to be returned to us as the sender; we can either re-ship your order or issue a full refund as soon as the shipment is returned to our production facility. Please note that non-deliverable parcels can sometimes take several weeks to be returned, and in some cases, have been lost in transit altogether.

From the moment your order is placed to when it is delivered, you can expect to see two automatically generated email notifications from us. The first is to confirm your purchase, and the second is to confirm shipment and provide you with all relevant tracking information. Once you’ve received your order confirmation, your shipping confirmation email will generally follow within 3-5 business days.

These notifications are always sent to the email address provided at checkout, so please be sure to double-check for any typos before submitting your order.

If it has been a week or more since your order was placed and you have not received any email notifications, please check your spam/junk-mail folder before submitting a Support Request with your order details. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with your associated tracking information.
